The Board of Directors approved 8 new Sherwin-Williams exterior house paint schemes (# 55-62) and a new dark shade (color) for the PVC vinyl fencing. These architectural rule changes must first be recorded with the County Clerk before they can be implemented (used by homeowners). We expect this to occur in a week or two.
Once duly recorded, the ACC will add the paint scheme swatches to the notebook at the clubhouse. The new fence color was chosen to meet the dark end of the shade spectrum. It is best described as mahogany. Actual color names may vary depending on the fence company but the best illustration of the approved shade/color of mahogany is the “Mahogany (W101)” manufactured and distributed by Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC in the “Illusions Vinyl Fence” line.
