West Meadows is implementing a new online architectural application procedure
The West Meadows Property Owners Association has some exciting news! Soon you will be able to submit your Architectural Control Applications online through a user-friendly experience.
West Meadows is implementing a new owners Online Architectural Module portal via the community association website at greenacre.com.
It will offer:
- An expedited architectural application submittal process. No more emailing scanned applications or snail-mailing paper applications.
- Uploading of supporting documents and photos
- Review of your application status in real-time
- Storing and reviewing your historical applications
- More direct communication regarding applications
The ability to take advantage of this system means that ALL WEST MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS MUST REGISTER for a Greenacre website account if they haven’t already. Please note that the Greenacre Property website is different from this West Meadows website. The West Meadows site will however, redirect owners to the Greenacre site by clicking on the “Resident Login” tab. Many owners already enjoy a password-protected account in which they can:
- Review their personal account and make updates when needed
- Contact management
- Pay annual dues assessments
- Access the community documents library
- Review non-compliance issues
- Check the community events calendar
- View photos galleries of community amenities and recent social events
- View Board, Committee, and Community directories
We are planning on the new portal being available to owners on October 1, 2022. Therefore, all owners are highly encouraged to register for their online accounts by October 1 so they can take advantage of the new application process. Naturally, new procedures experience a transitional period which is planned to be October 1 to December 31. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2023, ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE ONLINE PORTAL.
More detailed information is forthcoming regarding the new application portal and registration procedures. Please pass the word to any neighbors who may be unaware of the current Greenacre or West Meadows websites.
